• CreateOrganizationService method in fake OrganizationServiceFactory now sets the userId as the CallerId or the SystemUserId when null - https://github.com/DynamicsValue/fake-xrm-easy/issues/274
• Should pass string fields that are updated to null as empty strings in Pipeline Simulation - https://github.com/DynamicsValue/fake-xrm-easy/issues/215
• Resolves an issue where the 2x branch would not build on Linux - https://github.com/DynamicsValue/fake-xrm-easy/issues/273
• Resolves an issue where the EntityRole = Referencing property was ignored when retrieving related entities - https://github.com/DynamicsValue/fake-xrm-easy/issues/271
